Returns & Refund Policy

90-Day Return Policy

Arrange Spaces accepts authorized returns within 90 calendar days from the date the product was received, unless otherwise specified at purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, and in original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, components, and accessories

Not eligible for return:

  • Assembled, mounted, or modified products
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or user error
  • Labor, installation, or repair costs

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please keep the original shipping container and follow our Return & Exchange Procedure.

  • Claims must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • Arrange Spaces is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; claims must be filed with the shipping carrier

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our facility to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    Available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  2. Securely package your item(s) to avoid transit damage
  3. Follow any special packaging instructions provided
⚠️ Arrange Spaces is not responsible for damage to return shipments caused by improper packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an Arrange Spaces error.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 24–72 business hours of receiving the item(s)
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon processing
  • For credit/debit purchases, allow 1–7 additional business days for your bank to post the refund

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before packing begins. Once an Order Confirmation is issued, the order is immediately processed and cannot be canceled.

If your order cannot be canceled in time, you may return it following our standard return policy.
